What Funded Mentality is

Funded Mentality is an online trading psychology program. You take an assessment, and we give you a program built around your results: audio classes, exercises, integration sessions, challenge sessions, rituals, daily reminders and a private journal.

What it is not

Funded Mentality is educational. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing in it tells you what to buy, sell or trade. Trading involves real risk of loss, and you are responsible for your own trading decisions and results.

It is also not therapy, counselling or medical care, and it is not a substitute for them. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

We are not affiliated with any prop firm, broker or exchange, and we make no promise that you will pass a challenge, get funded or make money.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to use Funded Mentality. Please give accurate details, keep your password private, and let us know at support@fundedmentality.com if you think someone else has used your account. Your account is for you only and can't be shared.

Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms, which Paddle shows you at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on your plan, until you cancel.
• Where a plan includes a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page. Paddle may add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live.
• If we change our prices, we'll tell you before the change applies to your subscription.

Our content

All program content, including the audio, scripts, exercises and assessment, belongs to Funded Mentality. You may use it for your own personal development. Please don't copy, share, resell or publish it.

Your journal and data

What you write in your journal belongs to you. We only use it to run the service for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service, for example by trying to access other people's accounts, disrupting the site, or scraping or downloading content in bulk. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the program, so content and features may change over time. We aim to keep the site available, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. If we make important changes to these terms, we'll let you know by email or on the site.

Liability

We provide Funded Mentality as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect losses of any kind, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Ending your account

You can stop using Funded Mentality at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email support@fundedmentality.com.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. If you live elsewhere, you still keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
